I have base with rating 2,000. Most of the players that I meet (by attack or defense) have the Alligator hero. But when I attack others, I don't see players with 800,000 resources (The maximum that I see is something around 300,000). And I am trying a lot of time.

What is the range of rating with the best chance to get an Alligator?

The important thing is your CC level. The higher your cc level, the harder u get alligator.
For a lvl 8 cc and lower, u can easily meet and defeat a rich base at 1800-2000 rating
For a lvl 9 cc and higher, it based on how lucky you are, I have no idea what rating range u can find >800.000 resources (I have 2 cc9 accounts at rating 1800-2200 and the chance to meet an over 800000 base is 1/200 to 1/100).

Why the cc level is important? I have Cc level 11. Why the higher level get less resources?

It's the game's rule, JH79. The higher your cc lvl, the less resources u receive.

When I played my first account, I didn't know this rule, so I go straight from cc7 to cc9 (highest CC lvl at that time). When I got cc9, I were lvl58. After that, each of my attack gain less than 200.000 total resources. Terrible! Since that I earned resources by gold mines, and oil rigs. It took me 6 months to reach lvl95 with armies and defense well upgraded (stay in CC9). Totally I farmed 233 mils gold.

My other account started at the same time and has just reached cc9 2 weeks ago. But the gold I farmed is 481 mils. Of course, this account is much stronger than the old account

So the conclusion is simple: Don't upgrade your cc before everything is maximum upgraded.

Too late for me :-P. How did you opened new account?

Log out your current google account and sign in with other. Then play game and connect G of the new account. After that u can log in with the old account and switch between both.

Thanks. The update with the heroes arrived when my cc was at level 9 already. So it was impossible ever..

FYI, it's same to me and my old acc. BUT, I still get Alligator with a lvl6x, CC9 and all lvl4 troops.
Instead of having Alligator, u can get Sheriff and improve your army. The stronger your army, the more chance u can defeat a rich base at cc11.

I didnt succeed to create new account. I added new Google account to the device, but it still show my base. Can you explain again?

For example, your current acc is A, new google acc is B

1. Remove A from your device
2. Add B to your device
3. Play game from start
4. Connect to G with B in game
5. Quit game and add A back
6. Now u got 2 switchable accs in your device

If the above not work, or u don't want to remove your old account, try using bluestacks.
1. Install bluestack and login with B
2. Install game and play from the start
3. Connect G with B in game (using bluestack)
4. Add B to your device (phone - tablet)
5. Now u got 2 switchable accs in your device

In both methods, u have to connect your new acc (B) with the game by using g in game. If u succeed in this step, your progress will be saved to your new acc. And u can restore it in any devices that logged in with B.

I got it when I was CC4... It was when I found a base with all resources on 1 side and defenses on the other :P One of those guys who quit, CC10

after the new cclv its easy to get him. i get him before with cc10. you must search inactive players
