I can not do with the resources to 10 cc, can you help?

Stay on CC9 then,ppl can get to lvl 100 by stay at CC9.
ATM I`m still lvl 90 at CC9,have reached 8 million oil and gold several times already...

Well, It depends on your rating. If you have a high rating, you won't get many resources. So try dropping your rating or farming. That will help you get the resources you need.

Train up your spys to lv6 and train 12 gunners 24 rifles 16 bombs 2 trapsearchers and the rest take spys. at arround 2000 you can get that much loot...!
